Office Workers should exercise for at least 1 hour every day

You may have seen or heard that "sitting disease" has been dominating the news channels and daily papers today, all thanks to a great report published by Professor Ulf Ekelund, from Cambridge University and the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences.
