Please do not over lubricate your treadmill as this can cause other issues.
Used on the underside of the treadmill walking belt. Just lift the edge of the belt up and spray a couple of times at front and back on both sides. Then run the treadmill for a few minutes.
Only a few sprays are required every 3 to 4 months, do not follow instructions on the bottle as these are incorrect.
