This includes motors, rollers, drive belts, walking belts, power supplies, MCB (main circuit board), speed sensors and desktop controllers. Should any component malfunction within the warranty period you can be assured we've got you covered.
2. Expert Labour Service: We can often diagnose issues remotely, despatch parts directly to you and arrange for an experienced technician to visit and carry out a repair.
3. Customer Care you can trust: We're a UK-based physical business (est.1961) - not just a drop-shipper! As treadmill desk users ourselves, we know the product inside out and hold spare parts in our warehouse ready for overnight despatch.

What isn't covered?
Walking belt alignment, walking belt tension and lubrication isn't covered, although we are happy to assist you remotely with these simple operations.
- Damage due to under or over lubrication of the treadmill.
- Plastic side rails on TR1200 only.
- Accidental damage, costmetic damage, misuse, loss or theft and
- Repairs outside of the UK.
